Follow this
procedure
to receive a document
when
the
fax is
set
for manual receiving, but
your
extension
phone
is located
too far
from the
fax for
you
to
press
IS-iir-r-lTOFTl.
Check and
make
sure
that
your
extension
phone
is
connected
to the middle
jack
(a).
When
the
phone
rings,
pick
up
the
handset
of
the eltension
phone.
lf
you
hear
a slow
beep,
this means
someone
is trying
to
send
you
a document
by
facsimile transmission.
Dial
zs
(the remote
receiving
lD) on
the
phone.
The
fax begins
to
receive the document.
