Fixture is on
LEDs are off
Fixture defaulted Configure fixture’s parameters
Send unit for repair
Fixture and LEDs are on
Head fan is off
Faulty head fan Replace head fan
Verify temperature sensor and wiring
Fixture and LEDs are on
Zoom is inactive

Pan movement problem
Faulty pan belt Replace pan belt

Reduce total load placed on the electrical circuit
