Battery Installation
•Locatethebatterycompartmentdoor
on the hub.
•Loosenthescrewsinthebattery
compartment door with a Phillips
screwdriver and remove the door.
•Insertfour“AA”(LR6)
alkaline batteries.
Hint: We recommend using alkaline
batteries for longer battery life. Battery
life is shorter when using
Music, Lights and Motion mode.
•Replacethebatterycompartmentdoor
and tighten the screws with a Phillips
screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
•Ifthistoybeginstooperate
erratically, you may need to reset the
electronics. Slide the power/volume
switch off and then back on.
•Whensound/lights/motionfromthis
toy become faint or stop, it’s time for
an adult to change the batteries.
Mat and Bolster
•Washincoldwateronthegentlecycle.
Do not use bleach. Tumble dry low.
Arches, Hub, Mobile, Mirror, Teether
and Toys
•Wipethesurfacewithacleancloth
dampened with a mild soap and
water solution. Do not use bleach.
•Donotimmersehub.
Inexceptionalcircumstances,batteries
may leak fluids that can cause
a chemical burn injury or ruin your
product. To avoid battery leakage:
•Donotmixoldandnewbatteries
or batteries of different types:
alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or
rechargeable (nickel-cadmium).
•Insertbatteriesasindicatedinside
the battery compartment.
•Removebatteriesduringlong
periods of non-use. Always remove
exhaustedbatteriesfromtheproduct.
Dispose of batteries safely. Do not
dispose of this product in a fire. The
batteriesinsidemayexplodeorleak.
•Nevershort-circuitthe
battery terminals.
•Useonlybatteriesofthesameor
equivalent type, as recommended.
•Donotchargenon-rechargeable
batteries.
•Removerechargeablebatteriesfrom
the product before charging.
•Ifremovable,rechargeablebatteries
are used, they are only to be charged
under adult supervision.
•Protecttheenvironmentbynot
disposing of this product with
household waste (2002/96/
EC). Check your local authority
for recycling advice
and facilities.
