LUBRICATION
CAUTION
Inspect Before Use. Check for proper oil level
before operating!
Remove cap on pump. Check oil level; some
models are shipped with oil in the pump. See
specification label on compressor pump for the
proper oil capacity and oil type.

Oil Capacity 32 ounces
Do not use regular automotive oil. Additives in
regular motor oil can cause valve deposits and
reduce pump life.
For maximum pump life, drain and replace oil
after the first hour of run time.
This pump has an oil sight glass as shown
in Figure 2. Oil level can be monitored and
maintained as shown in Figure 3.
PIPING
Any tube, pipe, or hose used must have a pressure rating higher then 175 psi. Minimum recommended
pipe size is 3/4 inch. Larger diameter pipe is always better.
WARNING
Risk of Personal Injury. Never use plastic
(PVC) pipe for compressed air. Serious injury
or death could result.
