
Sound Menu Operation
1 Push the SOUND button .
2 Move to the option menu using or .
3 Adjust the chosen option using or .
Push at any time to return to watching TV..
MENU The MENU control allows you to change the Sound
setting between Dynamic, Standard and Soft.
Use the or buttons to switch between settings.
Music Amplifies the low frequencies and outputs
optimum sound. Used for music
programmes.
News Human voices (middle pitch sounds) will
be more clear. Used for News broadcasts
etc.
Cinema For movie and drama programmes.
Notes:
1. You can change the level for each function (Bass and Treble) for each sound menu option.
2. Sound menu levels can be set for TV, AV1, AV2, AV3, AV4 and AV5 modes.
Volume Adjusts the output volume.
Quieter Louder
Used to boost or cut low
Bass frequency sounds.
Cut Boost
Used to boost or cut high
Treble frequency sounds.
Cut Boost
Adjusts the sound balance
Balance between the left and right
Left SP Right SP speakers.
Headphone Adjust for output volume
Volume Quieter Louder for the headphones.

Pressing the Normal ( ) Button on the remote control, when the Sound Menu is displayed will return all
sound settings to the factory preset levels. This is called “Normalisation”.
Normalisation
will not occur if the Sound Menu is not displayed when the Normal ( ) Button is pressed.
