4.2 Logging on to the Switch
To log on to the Switch:
1. At the screen prompt:

Enter the console interface factory default console password (admin) or user-defined password if you
changed the default password using the instructions in Section 4.2.9 . The Switch Management prompt in
Figure 4-2 appears:
