Creating SMS text messages
1. In standby mode, press (press when in-use) to display
Message.
2. Press for Send New Msg. The screen displays Send To:.
3. Press to select from options. (Phone Book, T9 Word, ABC,
Symbol, 123, edu, net, com, and Save Address).
4. Press to highlight an option.
5. Press .
6. Enter the message using the keypad and selected method of entry.
7. When finished, press . The phone will send you a delivery
acknowledgement about 20 seconds after delivery.
To continue, select from the following two menus:
8. Pressing opens the Options menu. Select from the following:
• Priority: Allows you to assign a priority to your messages.
•Urgent
•Normal
• Validity:
Allows you to select the period of time you want the message to
be available to the recipient.
