Synchronize data
Learn to synchronize the contacts, calendar events,
tasks, and memos with the web server you have
specified. To synchronize the contacts, calendar
events, tasks, and emails, specify a Microsoft
Exchange server.
Synchronize data with a web server
To create a synchronization profile,
1. In Menu mode, select Synchronize.
2. Select Add and specify profile parameters.
3. When you are finished, select Save.
To start synchronization,
1. In Menu mode, select Synchronize.
2. Select a synchronization profile.
3. Select Continue to start synchronization with the
web server you have specified.
Synchronize data with a Microsoft
Exchange server
To set a Microsoft Exchange server and
synchronization profile,
1. In Menu mode, select Exchange ActiveSync.
2. Specify Microsoft Exchange server settings.
3. Select Save.
4. Specify an email connection profile by following
the email setup wizard.
5. When you are finished, select Save.
6. Select a synchronization profile.
You may only use the Microsoft

feature in this phone with a
service that is licensed by Microsoft
