There are two easy ways to review your voicemail. You can use
the method described here, or you can choose to use the One-
Touch Access feature which is explained below.
1. Press to display the Messages Menu.
2. Press for Voice. The screen displays “Voicemail”, the
time, date and the number of new messages.
3. Press for more options:
Press to Listen to voicemail messages.
Press to reset the counter for voicemail
messages, if desired. (The system resets the counter
automatically after you listen to all new messages.)

One-Touch Access to your voicemail box is done by pressing
and holding . However, you must perform a simple setup
procedure in order for this feature to work. It’s easy, here it is:
1. From Standby mode, enter the number that will dial your
voicemail service. This number is determined by your
voicemail provider, but normally it is your phone number,
or your phone number with the “#” sign in front of it.
2. Once you’ve typed in the correct number and it appears
on the screen, press . The screen prompts with the
next available phone book location. IMPORTANT - type in
179. The screen should now display “Entry # 179 will be
used”.
3. Press . The screen prompts you for the name. Enter
“Voicemail” or whatever you like and press .You’ve
now stored your voicemail access number into memory
location 179. From now on, when you press and hold the
key, your phone will connect to your voicemail box.
Note: Do not store any other number into memory location
179, or this feature will no longer work.
