Phonebook

Phonebook

You can store names and phone numbers in your SIM

card or phone’s memories. They are physically separate

but are viewed as a single Phonebook.

Storing a Number with a Name

There are two ways to store a number:

• Use the

Save

soft key in Idle mode

• Use the

New Entry

option in the Phonebook menu

Storing a Number in Idle Mode

To store an number in idle mode:

1. Enter the number you want to store.

: If you make a mistake while entering a number,

correct it using .

2. To save the number, press the

Save

soft key.

3. Select an icon that identifies the category of the

number, then press the

Select

soft key. Options are:

• : Mobile phone

• : Office

• : Home
