Using Numeric/Symbols Mode
1. Touch the Text Input Mode button at the bottom of the
screen and touch
Numeric/Symbols
.
2. will appear in the upper right corner of the
screen.
3. Press the keys for the numbers or symbols that you want
in your message.
4. When you are finished adding numbers or symbols, touch
the Text Input Mode button and change back to your
previous text input mode.
5. Continue until you have finished your message.

Using Emoticon Mode
1. Touch the Text Input Mode button at the bottom of the
screen and touch
Emoticons
.
2. will appear in the upper right corner of the
screen.
3. Touch the Emoticon symbol or symbols that you would like
in your message.
4. When you are finished, touch .
5. You will be returned to your message and the previous Text
Input mode.
6. Continue until you have finished your message.
