Phone settings

If there is no communication between your phone and
the IrDA-compliant device within 30 seconds of
activating the feature, it is automatically deactivated.
Display settings
(Menu 9.2)
Use this menu to change settings for the display and
light.
Wallpaper
(Menu 9.2.1)
Use this menu to change the background image and
the settings for the text in Idle mode.

Wallpaper list
: select a background image.
•
Text display
: determine the phone displays the
time and date.
•
Text colour
: select a colour of the text.
Auto keypad lock
(Menu 9.2.2)
Use this menu to set the phone to lock the keypad
manually or automatically.
Contrast
(Menu 9.2.3)
Use this menu to adjust the brightness of the display
for varying lighting conditions.
Backlight
(Menu 9.2.4)
Use this menu to select the length of time the
backlight and the display stay on.

On
: select the length of time the backlight is on.
•
Dim
: select the length of time the display is in
Dimming mode after the backlight turns off. After a
specified time, the display turns off and a digital
clock displays.
Graphic logo
(Menu 9.2.5)
Use this menu to display your service provider’s logo
instead of its name.
Dialing font colour
(Menu 9.2.6)
Use this menu to select a font colour for the screen
when entering a phone number for dialling.
