640 characters. When your message exceeds 640 characters, the message type automatically changes to Picture message.

4. When you finish entering your message, touch
the
key and select one of the following options:
•Insert
: allows you to select and insert one of the Text templates, insert from phonebook, or insert Bookmarks.
• Add subject
: adds a Subject field to the text message.
• Add Page
: inserts a blank page for you to compose a multi-page text message.
• Delete
: deletes the message you are composing.
• Insert smiley
: displays a list of selectable Smiley icons.
5. Press the key and touch
Send
when you are finished composing your message.
