2. Press:
• for Erase Contacts
• for Erase Downloads
• for Erase Pic/Video
• for Erase Voice Memo
• for Erase Messages
3. Using the navigation key, select Yes and press .
Default Settings
Resetting the phone restores all the factory defaults, including the
ringer types and display settings. The Phonebook, Call History,
Scheduler, Pictures, Voice Memo and Messages are not affected.
To restore the default settings
1. From the Security menu, press for Default Settings.
2. Using the navigation key, select Yes and press .
3. Using the navigation key, select Yes again to confirm and
press . Your phone will reset.
Reset Pic/Video Account
Resetting the Pic/Video account erases the handset's registration
information with the picture server so the next time you access your
online pictures, you will need to re-register with the server. Your
pictures and videos, however, are not erased.
1. From the Security menu, press for Reset Pic/Video
Account.
2. Using the navigation key, select Yes and press .
