Repairs on the unit
Screw out screws (g. 24, item 3) from the switch housing 3.

Remove switch housing (4) from the paint section.4.
Screw relief valve (5) out with the spanner 17mm.5.
Clean valve seat with cleaning agent and brush.6.
Check O-ring (6) for damage, replace if necessary.7.
Place regulating knob rst of all onto the axle, turn a little 1.
until the regulating knob can be pushed on completely.
Turn regulating knob into switch position

this position can the stop screw (g. 23, item 2) be pushed
in by hand and screwed tight.
Allow pressure regulating valve (1) only to be
replaced by the customer service. The max.
operating pressure is to be reset by the cus-
tomer service.
Switch o unit (OFF).
Screw out stop screw (2) from the regulating knob (g. 23, 1.
item 1) into switch position
(spray).
Remove regulating knob.2.
