Insert HXT-bars through cleanout openings as shown below (omit the bottom, blue-tipped, HXT-bar in the opening
between the front section and the first intermediate section)
Complete block assembly
Install burner mounting plate on front
section
Install four ½" x 3½" studs to secure burner mounting plate to 1.

Thread and lock together two nuts on rounded end of stud. a.
Thread at end of stud into one of four holes located around
opening.
Remove nuts.b.
