Moving the outer columns to the upper set of
mounting holes increases the maximum box size
(height) handled by the case sealer from 620mm
[24-1/2 inches] to 725mm [28-1/2 inches].
Note – this also increases the minimum box height
from 120mm [4-3/4 inches] to 210mm [8-1/4 inches].
13.11.4 Box Height Range
(Outer Column – Re-Positioning)
To Re-position the outer columns:
1. Remove special nut from the bottom of each
column lead screw. Figure 13-11A.
2. Remove plastic column cap from the top of each
outer column as shown in Figure 13-11B.
3. Crank upper assembly up, out of plastic nuts.
Lift upper assembly up and out of outer columns.
Be careful not to damage lead screws - Figure
13-11C.
