  Please help find the manual for this Insignia MP3 PLAYER    FROZEN - WILL NOT TURN OFF OR DO ANYTHING. THE USER MANUAL CD THAT CAME WITH IT IS NOT FOR THIS MODEL NUMBER, PICS DO NOT MATCH MINE, BACK DOES NOT REMOVE THE SAME TO GET TO BATTERY.

  Firmware    I downloaded the firmware upgrade and I change the player to file and folder and reconnect and the upgrade software still will not recognize it and just tells me to change the player to file and folder. I tried 3 different computers with the same results. The version I have on the player is 1.008.
