OR
Press PUSH JOG repeatedly for forward frame-by-
frame playback or PUSH JOG repeatedly for reverse
frame-by-frame playback.
To resume normal playback, press PLAY.
Slow Motion/Reverse Slow

For hands-free slow-motion, press and release PUSH
JOG during playback to decrease speed in the
forward direction. Continue to press and release PUSH
JOG to select the reverse slow motion, reverse play
and reverse search modes.
OR
During still picture, press and hold PUSH JOG for
forward slow motion, or press and hold PUSH JOG
for reverse slow motion. Release to return to still
picture.
OR
For forward slow motion during still picture, press and
hold PAUSE for more than 2 seconds. Press PAUSE
again to return to still picture.
To resume normal playback, press PLAY.
