ERROR MESSAGES
The appliance registers any problems and
shows the following error messages on the
display:
STORAGE
When the appliance is not in use, store
in the accompanying storage box.
Store in a dry, cool place.
Remove the batteries if the appliance is
not to be used for a prolonged period.
Do not bend cuff or air hose
excessively.
Do not place heavy objects on the
appliance.
CLEANING
When cleaning the appliance, you
should pay attention to the following
points:
Clean cuff and appliance with a well-
wrung cloth with a little detergent if
necessary.
Do not use strong, corrosive or
abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning
the appliance, as these may scratch the
surface.
Error Cause Solution

pumping
1. The cuff is not correctly
attached.
2. The cuff is broken.

defective.

or noise during

1. Contact the retailer.

Abnormal
reading
The user may have a heart
problem.
Check result by performing one
or more new readings. Talk to
your doctor if you consistently
have abnormal readings.
Cuff pressure
too high.
The air tube is blocked, the
pump mechanism is defective
or the pressure monitor is
defective.
Try to take another reading, or
contact the retailer.
Flat batteries
(battery symbol
on display)
or blank
The batteries are almost dead.
Replace the batteries.
Check that the batteries are in
the right way round.
