Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company (“the Warrantor”) will repair this product with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge, in the USA, in
the event of defects in material or workmanship as follows (all time periods commence from the date of the original purchase
):
Labor: On-site or Carry-in repair (at the option of the purchaser) for a period of 12 months
.
Parts : New or rebuilt parts in exchange for defective parts for a period of 12 months
.
On-site service requires that the servicer be given clear, complete and easy access to the product. Providing this access is the responsibilit
y
of the purchaser. On-site service does not include removal or re-installation of an installed product. It is possible that certain on-site repair
s
will not be completed on-site, but will require that the product, or parts of the product, be removed for shop diagnosis and/or repair and the
n
returned
.
Panasonic Authorized Servicenters shall not be responsible under this Limited Warranty or otherwise for any loss of informatio
n
contained in user-programmable integrated circuit
s.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of the date of the original purchase will b

required before warranty service is rendered

This Limited Warranty ONLY COVERS failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, and DOES NOT COVER normal wear and tea
r
or cosmetic damage, nor does it cover markings or retained images resulting from viewing fixed images (including, among other things, no
n-
expanded standard 4:3 pictures, or onscreen data in a stationary and fixed location). The Limited Warranty ALSO DOES NOT COVE
R
damages which occurred in shipment, or failures which are caused by products not supplied by the warrantor, or failures which result fr
om
accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, faulty installation, set-up adjustments, misadjustment of consum
er
controls, improper maintenance, power line surge, lightning damage, modification, service by anyone other than an Authorized Servicer,
or
damage that is attributable to acts of God
.
