Problem (General) Solution
Cannot play a disc.
Red cross in the upper
right hand corner of the

The player gives no
response to any control.
– Make sure that the Blu-ray Disc player supports the disc
type.
– Make sure that the Blu-ray Disc player supports the region
code of the DVD or BD.
– Clean the disc.
– The operation is not possible.
– Make sure that the selected folder does not contain more
than 1500 les. Only the rst 1500 les are shown.
– Make sure that the le extension is .jpg, .JPG, .jpeg or
.JPEG.
