7. SELF-DIAGNOSIS
This function informs you of error messages to help you solve
system problems.
When the VCR malfunctions, the error code is displayed in the
VCR indicator panel.

• Check if a Tape is inserted.
• Check if a cassette has a safety tab.
• Check if the video cable is correctly connected to VIDEO IN or problems with
the video source.

ACTION
• When a malfunction occurs in the VCR, press the POWER button on
the front of VCR to operate normally.
• If an error message (Err) appears on the display continuously when the
any button is pressed, contact your dealer or service center.
