With some discs, a menu or similar screen appears when
playback ends. Leaving a fixed display such as a menu on the
screen for an extended period may cause image burn-in on the
TV screen. To prevent this, this TV/VCR/DVD is equipped with a
screen saver function. If an image is left continuously on the
screen for approximately 5 minutes, the screen gradually
darkens and then gradually brightens again. This process
repeats until the image is changed.
