COPYING VIDEO TAPES
It is necessary to have 2 VCRs with the same specifications : 2 VHS/8 mm or 2 S-VHS/Hi-8 mm.
Connect the playback VCR to the Euro-AV1 socket in playback mode.
Connect the recording VCR to the Euro-AV2 socket in recording mode.
During the copying of the tape, you can watch the station you are copying.

If preferred, one or two speakers can be connected to replace the loudspeakers on your television set, as shown below :
In this case, the speakers must be placed beneath the television set.
To boost the audio power, you may connect a Hi-Fi system, if you have one.
You must however avoid connecting your Hi-Fi and speakers to similar outputs (e.g. Hi-Fi on the CINCH surround
socket and speakers on the surround clips).
In this case, the configuration of the television set will match that described on page 15.
For a full appreciation of Dolby Surround Pro Logic, your television set should be placed in a spacious room.
