6. Dead Pixel Policy
Dead pixels on the TFT LCD panel are sometimes inevitable. ViewEra guarantees that the monitor will be
replaced if the number of dead pixels on our monitor exceeds 5 pixels within the first year from the date of
purchase.

Warranty
ViewEra warrants the 15”/17” TFT-LCD monitors for one year LCD panel and backlight, three years parts
