Youcancancelprintjobsintheprinterwindow.
1.Clicktheprintericoninthetaskbartodisplaytheprinterwindow.

•Youcanalsodisplaythiswindowbydouble-clickingtheprintericoninthePrintersandFaxes(or
Printers)folder,accessiblethroughtheWindowsstartmenu.
2.Right-clickthejobtocancelandselectCancel.
Note
•Theprintjobisdisplayedontheprinterscreenduringthetransmissionofprintdatafromthe
computer.Whenthetransmissionisnished,thejobisnotdisplayedevenduringprinting.
TocancelprintjobsfromtheControlPanel,followthesesteps.
1.IftheDisplayScreenoftheControlPanelstillindicatesthatthejobisinprogressandtheData
lampcontinuesashing,holddowntheStopbuttonforasecondormoretostopprinting.
Dothefollowingifnoprintjobsareshownintheprinterwindow(becausetheyhavealreadybeensentto
theprinter).
1.Double-clickthetaskbaricontoaccesstheimagePROGRAFStatusMonitor.
2.OnthePrinterStatussheet,clickCancelJob.
