UsingFavorites(MacOS9)

Thistopicdescribeshowtoregisterfavoritesandprintusingfavoritesettings.

Registeringafavorite

Followthestepsbelowtosavethecurrentprintsettingsasafavorite.

1.SelecttheprinterinChooser.

2.ChoosePrintintheapplicationmenu.

3.Completetheprintsettings.

4.IntheFavoriteslist,clickAddFavoritetodisplaytheAddFavoritedialogbox.

5.CompletethefollowingsettingsintheAddFavoritedialogbox.

•EnteradesirednameinName,suchas“PhotosforPresentations”or“MonthlyReport.”

•InComment,enteradescriptionofthefavoritetobeadded.

6.ClickOKtoclosetheAddFavoritedialogbox.

ThefavoriteyouhaveaddedisnowdisplayedinFavorites.

•Toeditthenameofanexistingfavoriteorcomment,clickEditFavoriteintheFavoriteslistto

displaytheEditFavoritedialogbox.

•Tosaveafavoriteasale,clickExportandspecifytheletosave.

Printingusingthefavorite

Followthestepsbelowtoprintusingthefavoriteyouhaveregistered.

1.SelecttheprinterinChooser.

2.ChoosePageSetupfromtheapplicationmenutodisplaythePageAttributedialogbox.

3.ChoosetheoriginalsizeintheAPageSizelist.

4.ClickIOKtoclosethedialogbox.

5.Intheapplicationmenu,choosePrint.

6.IntheFavoriteslist,choosethefavoriteyouregistered.

•Toimportafavorite,clickImportandspecifythefavoritele.

•Ifyouselectafavoriteandeditit,aniconisdisplayedatleftofthenametoindicatethatthesettings

havebeenchanged.Fordetails,refertotheprinterdriverhelp.
