IfyouareprintingheavyweightpaperfromtheFrontPaperFeedSlot,theprinterwillstopadvancingthepaperwhile
thetrailingedgeisstillintherollerstopreventthesheetfromdropping.Inthiscase,removethepaperasfollows.
1.Pressthe▲button.

•IfyouloadpaperfromtheFrontPaperFeedSlotbutpressthe▲buttonwithoutprinting,theprinter
willejectthepaperandstopadvancingitmomentarilywhilethetrailingedgeisstillintherollersto
preventthesheetfromdropping.Pressthe▲buttonagainwhenyouarereadytoremovethepaper.
2.Removethesheetbypullingitforward,keepingitat.

•IfyoudonotremovePOPBoardbypullingitstraightforwardandkeepingitat,theprintedsurface
maybecomescratched.
3.Pressthe▼button.

•Alwaysremovethesheetbeforepressingthe▼button.Ifyoudonotremovethesheetbeforestep
