For Windows NT 4.0, the printer driver installation procedure
differs depending on the printing method you prefer.
LPR printing
Note:
If you are using EpsonNet Direct Print, the setup procedure is different.
See “About EpsonNet Direct Print” on page 173 for details.
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then select Printers.
2. Double-click the Add Printers icon.
3. Select the My Computer radio button, and then click Next.
4. Click Add Port in the Add Printer wizard dialog box.
5. Select LPR Port from the Available Printer Port list, and then
click New Port.
Note:
You cannot use the Lexmark TCP/IP Network Port with this
print server.
6. Enter the IP address of the print server in the first text box and
the printer name in the second text box. Click OK.
7. In the Printer Ports dialog box, click Close.
