Erasing Phone Content
1. From the Security Menu display (See “Accessing the Security
Menu” on page 54), select Erase/Reset, and then select the
item from the following and press .

Erase Ph. Book to erase all of your Contacts entries.
ᮣ
Erase My Content to erase all items you have downloaded to
your phone.
ᮣ
Erase Pictures to erase all pictures saved in your phone.
ᮣ
Erase VoiceMemo to erase all voice memos you have recorded.
ᮣ
Erase Voice Tag to erase all Voice tags you have recorded.
ᮣ
Erase Messages to erase all text messages (including locked
ones) in the Inbox, Sent Mail, Pending, Drafts folders, and
your defined folders; all Recent Lists; and all user-created
canned messages.
2. Press (left softkey) to continue.
3. If you are certain you would like to reset, select Yes.
Resetting Your Picture Messaging Account
This option resets your authentication ID for your Picture
Messaging account.
1. From the Security Menu display (See “Accessing the Security
Menu” on page 54), select Pic Messaging.
2. Select Reset Pic Msg.
3. Press (left softkey) to continue.
4. If you are certain that you would like to reset your Picture
Messaging account, select Yes.
