Symptom Check these items
Picture is ghosting
■ Eliminate the use of video cable extensions and/or video switch boxes.
■ Check that all plugs are firmly seated in their sockets.
Picture is not centered or sized
properly
■ Adjust the pitch and phase (analog RGB signal only) (page 23).
■ Adjust the picture position (analog RGB signal only) (page 23).
Note that some video modes do not fill the screen to the edges.
Picture is too small
Problem caused by a connected
computer or other equipment, and
not caused by the display
■ Set the zoom setting to Full (pages 22 and 30).
■ Set the resolution to the screen resolution.
Picture is dark
■ Adjust the brightness (pages 20 and 26).
■ Adjust the backlight (pages 20 and 26).
Wavy or elliptical pattern (moire)
is visible
■ Adjust the pitch and phase (analog RGB signal only) (page 23).
Color is not uniform
■ Adjust the pitch and phase (analog RGB signal only) (page 23).
White does not look white
■ Adjust the color temperature (pages 20 and 26).
The display turns off after a
while
■ Try pressing a key on the keyboard to exit from Power Save mode.
