4 Press SHIFT to select the memory page
and press PRESET/CH + or PRESET/
CH – to select a preset number.
If “MEMORY” goes out before you press
the preset number, start again from step 3.
5 Press MEMORY again to store the
station.
If “MEMORY” goes out before you can
store the station, start again from step 3.
6 Repeat steps 2 to 5 to preset another
station.
Tuning to preset stations
1 Press TUNER to select the FM or AM
band.
Or rotate INPUT SELECTOR on the
receiver to select “TUNER FM” or
“TUNER AM”.
2 Press SHIFT repeatedly to select a
memory page (A, B, C).
3 Press the number button to select a
preset station you want.
The selected preset station in the current
memory page is tuned in. Press SHIFT to change
the memory page.
Direct tuning
You can tune in a station by selecting the
frequency directly with the number buttons.
1 Press TUNER to select the FM or AM
band.
Or rotate INPUT SELECTOR on the
receiver to select “TUNER FM” or
“TUNER AM”.
2 Press D.TUNING.
The cursor blinks on the first digit of the
frequency.
3 Press the number buttons to enter the
frequency you want.
Example 1: FM 102.50 MHz
Example 2: AM 1,350 kHz
You do not have to enter the last “0” when
the tuning step is set to 100 kHz for FM, and
10 kHz for AM.
If you cannot tune in a station
and the entered numbers flash
Make sure you’ve entered the right frequency. If
not, repeat step 3. If the entered numbers still
flash, the frequency is not used in your area.
