Press [MENU] to go to ‘Disc Menu’ mode.

wish to re-write.

Overwrite Disc or Overwrite Title icon and
press [OK] again.

If you want to re-write the defined title, select
‘Overwrite Title’. Or if you want to re-write the
whole disc, select ‘Overwrite Disc’.

wish to give a name.

] to highlight the Title
icon and press [OK] again.

Enter the title name you wish to make, then
press [RED] to save.
• On the remote control
œ, √, …,† : Moves the cursor to the desired
position.
OK: enter the name
• On the typing screen
CLEAR: Clear all
BACK: Clear a last character.

To exit playback mode, press [MENU].
Erase the title

Press [MENU] to go to ‘Disc Menu’ mode.

wish to erase.

Press [OK]. Use [

] to highlight the Erase
icon and press [OK] again.

‘Please wait while Title-xx is erased.’ will
display and the selected title will be erased.
For recordable DVD media, such as DVD±R and
DVD±RW discs, you can manage the disc using the
Disc Operation.
The DVD±R DISC OP menu allows you to rename
your disc or finalise it so it will be compatible with
most other DVD players.
The DVD±RW DISC OP menu allows you to erase,
lock, or unlock your disc. You can also make it
compatible with most other DVD players.
Disc Information

Press [DISC OP] to go to ‘Disc Operation’ mode.

Press [OK]. The ‘Disc Information’ screen
shows you disc information, such as disc type,
number of recording, free space, locked and
compatible.

As overwriting function may take several minutes to
finish and save recording, we recommend to delete
the title and record manually.
