4 Press the number buttons to enter your four-digit password. The
Parental Controls menu opens.
5 Press or to highlight Block Unrated TV, then press or
to select On.
6 Press MENU to return to the previous menu, or press EXIT to
close the menu.
Downloading rating information
You can download rating information to use when setting parental
controls.
To download rating information:
1 Press MENU. The on-screen menu opens.
2 Press or to highlight SETTINGS. The SETTINGS menu opens.
3 Press or to highlight Parental Controls, then press ENTER
or . The Enter Password screen opens.
4 Press the number buttons to enter your four-digit password. The
Parental Controls menu opens.
5 Press or to highlight RRT5, then press ENTER or . The
RRT5 menu opens.
6 Press or to select a rating.
Notes:
If the program is broadcast with RRT5 rating information, the information
is downloaded automatically and can be used for parental controls.
If the program is not broadcast with RRT5 rating information, no
information is downloaded.
7 Press MENU to return to the previous menu, or press EXIT to
close the menu.
Locking control buttons
You can lock the control buttons on the TV. When the buttons are
locked, you can only operate the TV using the remote control.
To lock control buttons:
1 Press MENU. The on-screen menu opens.
2 Press or to highlight SETTINGS. The SETTINGS menu opens.
