Setting up your LCD TV
Installing remote control batteries
To install remote control batteries:
1 Remove the battery compartment cover.
2 Insert two AAA batteries into the battery compartment. Make sure
that you align the + and – symbols on the batteries with the +
and – symbols inside the battery compartment.
3 Replace the battery compartment cover.
Notes: Make sure that there is no obstruction between the remote control
and the remote sensor on your LCD TV.
4 PC AUDIO IN Plug an audio cable for a
computer into this jack.
5 VGA IN Plug a video cable for a
computer into this jack.
6 HDMI Plug an HDMI device into this
jack. This jack sends both audio
and video.
7 S-VIDEO Plug an S-Video device into this
jack.
8 ANT IN Plug your outside antenna,
cable box, or satellite box into
this jack.
# Button Description
1INPUT Press to select the video mode.
You can select TV, Composite,
S-Video, VGA, Component, or
HDMI.
2 ZOOM Press to select the aspect ratio.
You can select Wide, Zoom,
Cinema, Full Screen, or
Normal.
3MUTE Press to turn off the sound.
Press again to restore the sound.
4Numbers Press to enter channel numbers
or passwords.

10 PICTURE Press one or more times to
select a picture mode. You can
select Personal, Standard, Mild,
or Fresh.
11 MTS/SAP Press to select the audio mode.
You can select Stereo, Mono, or
SAP (second audio program).
12 FAVORITE Press to open the favorite
channel list.
13 Press to turn your LCD TV on or
off.
14 DISPLAY Press to display channel
information.
15 SLEEP Press to set the sleep timer.
16 RECALL Press to go to the previously
viewed channel.
17 EXIT Press to close the on-screen
menu.
18 AUDIO Press to select the audio mode.
19 CH.LIST Press to open the channel list.
