Reminder Notification Banner
Depending on your option settings, a notification
banner will appear at the scheduled reminder time.
Press the SELECT button to hide the Reminder banner,
or, if more than one reminder appears, use the
CURSOR PAD ̆ or ̄ to highlight a program. Press the
SELECT button to tune to the program.
If no choice is made within 3 minutes, the banner
closes automatically.
Remind Conflict
A remind conflict message will appear if:
• A program set with an auto-tune reminder has the
same start time as an existing auto-tune reminder.
• A program set with an auto-tune reminder overlaps
with a scheduled recording.
Select these options:
• Auto-Tune anyway – The selected program will
override an existing program set to auto-tune.
• Proceed, No Auto-Tune – Set the program as a
reminder but do not auto-tune.
• Don’t set this reminder – Cancels the reminder.
SETUP:
The SETUP Service screen allows you to modify
settings that were entered at initial TV Guide On Screen
system setup (see page 47). The 3 settings will be the
following:
• Change System settings
• Change channel display
• Change default options
Press the INFO button while the SETUP Service is
highlighted on the Service Bar to display a Help screen.
Use the CURSOR PAD ̄ to highlight a setting option,
and then press the SELECT button to access each
setting.
