13.2 Error Message
Error message Possible causes What to do
No or bad signal The satellite dish is not pointing at the
satellite.
Adjust dish alignment.
Signal is too weak. Increase the LNB voltage or connect a signal
amplifier.
Satellite dish is too small.
Problem with LNB.
Wrong antenna setting.
Change to a larger dish.

Set the antenna correctly.
The channel is
scrambled or not
available.
The channel has a signal, but no audio or
video is provided.
The channel has not been deleted by
broadcasting company.
The channel is for data broadcasting.
Confirm if the channel is currently on air.

check for new transponder details.
The channel cannot be viewed with the
appropriate model that supports data
channels.
Audio not
available.
The channel has a video signal, but no audio
is provided.
Press the audio button on your remote control
to confirm that the channel has audio options.
CI module not
installed.
CI module is not installed.
CI module is not inserted correctly.
CI module is not recognized.
Insert CI module.
Reinsert CI module.
Insert a different CI module to check if your
existing module is working.
Invalid CI module Wrong CI module.
CI module is not inserted correctly.
CI module is damaged.
Insert the correct CI module.
Remove and reinsert the CI module.
