DISC FULL
An attempt is made to assign a title

The disc does not contain any record-
ings.
When playback is required, use a
recorded disc.
BLANK DISC
The disc can be used for recording
without any problem.
The disc does not contain any tracks
but has a disc title.
NO TRACKS
This is a normal operation. The TOC*

data of the disc is being
read.
READING
This is a normal operation.
The data related to editing or record-
ing is being written in the disc.
WRITING
Perform “QUICK ERASE” to delete
all titles

possible, use another disc.
The contents of UTOC

DISC ERROR
Perform editing following the re-
strictions.
An attempt is made to perform editing
beyond the restrictions, for example to
erase a track which is too short.

Set a CD corresponding to CD-TEXT
into the CD player.
Connect the CD player with an op-
tical fiber cable and match the REC
INPUT of the MD recorder.
CAN'T COPY Title copying may not be possible,
depending on the disc.
The titles of this disc can not be
copied. (Replace the disc.)
