If you cannot turn the cable box ON
by pressing POWER, try pressing CHAN-
NEL or the number buttons.
When set to TV, the PLAY, STOP, REW/
REV, and FF/FWD buttons will operate
the VCR after a VCR code has been
properly programmed into the remote
control.

Move the slide switch at the top of
the remote to the product you want to
control.

Press and hold the POWER button on
the remote control.

Enter the rst thr ee di gi t code li st ed for
your equipment, and then release the
POWER button on the remote control.

Point the remote control at the equip-
ment and press the POWER button.
If the equipment responds, the remote
control is properly programmed to oper-
ate the equipment. If the equipment
does not respond, repeat steps 2-4 with
the next three digit code listed in step 3
for your equipment.
