Playback Features
Operations for video playback
(DVD/VCD/SVCD)
Using the disc menu
Depending on the disc, a menu may
appear on the TV screen once you load
in the disc.
To select a playback feature or item
Use w q e r keys then press OK or
numeric keypad (0-9) on the remote to
start playback.
To access or remove the menu
Press MENU.
Zooming in
This function allows you to enlarge the
picture on the TV screen and to pan
through the enlarged picture.
1 During playback, press ZOOM repeatedly
to displa
y the picture with different scales.
Use w q e r keys to pan through the
enlarged picture.
Playback will continue.
2 Press ZOOM repeatedly to retur
n to the
original size.
Forward/Reverse Searching
You can fast forward or fast reverse a
disc during playback and select a desired
search speed.
For DVD,VCD, SVCD,CD
1 Press t or y once or more dur
ing
playback to select the required speed:
X2, X4, X8, X20 (backward or forward).
Sound will be muted (DVD/VCD/CD).
2 To return to normal speed, press PLA
Y/
PAUSE q/h.
Slow motion playback
1 Press SLO
W repeatedly to select the
required speed.
2 To return to normal speed, press PLA
Y/
PAUSE q/h.
Tips: The operating features described here might not be possible for certain discs.
Always refer to the instructions supplied with the discs.
