OFF: This means that MyChoice is disabled and the packages are not available.
ON: MyChoice is enabled but will only work with scratch cards.
ON (Credit): MyChoice is enabled and it is accepting the codes generated by MyChoice website and also the
codes generated with scratch cards.
3. First step in MyChoice setup is to enable the function: Ask for PIN. Set the option to ON to enable the
possibility to enter the pin code.
