The Philips Hospitality setup mode cannot be accessed using the guest
remote control:
• Checkthatthehigh-securitymodehasbeenturnedoff.Usethe
PhilipsHospitalitysetupremotecontroltoaccessthePhilips
HospitalitysetupmenuandselectCONFIGURATION>
SECURITY>SECURITY>STANDARDtoallowtheuseofguest
remotecontrol(see‘Selectthesecuritylevel’onpage16).
The Philips Hospitality setup mode cannot be accessed using the Philips
Hospitality setup remote control:
• CheckthattheswitchatthesideofthePhilipsHospitalitysetup
remotecontrolissettotheSETUP position(see‘AccessthePhilips
HospitalitysetupmenuwithPhilipssetupremotecontrol’onpage

Picture issues
The TV is on, but there is no picture:
• Checkthattheantennaorthecableisconnectedproperlytothe
TV.
• Checkthatsourcedeviceandcommunicationprotocolsareselected
correctly.
• Checkthatthechannel(s)areinstalledandinthecurrentring.
• Ifthevideoismuted,selectCHANNEL INSTALL>MUTE>
NONEorCHANNEL INSTALL>MUTE>AUDIOtounmutethe
video(see‘Muteachannel’onpage12).
The TV is on, but picture quality is not good:
• Checktheantenna,cableorset-topboxconnectionstotheTVand
ensurethattheyareproperlyconnected.
• CheckthatthepicturesettingsarecorrectforyourTVandthe
sourcedevice
