WHO IS COVERED?
You must haveproof of purchaseto receive warranty service. A sales
receipt or other document showingthat you purchasedthe product is
consideredproof of purchase.
WHAT IS COVERED?
Warranty coveragebeans the dayyou buyyour product. For90 day's
_ereaf_er,allpartswill be repaired or replaced free, and laborisfree.
From 90 daysto one yearfrom the day of purchase,all partswill be
repaired or replaced free, but you payfor all laborcharges. From one
to two yearsfrom the dayof purchase,you payfor the replacement or
repair of all partsexcept the picture tube, and for alllabor charges.
After two yearsfrom the dayof purchase,you payfor the replacement
or repair of all parts,and for all laborcharges.
All parts, includingrepaired andreplaced parts,are coveredonlyfor
the originalwarranty period. When the warranty on the product
expires,the warranty on all replaced andrepaired parts alsoexpires.
WHAT IS EXCLUDED?
Your warranty doesnot cover:
laborchargesfor installationor setupof the product, adjustmentof
customercontrols on the product, andinstallationor repair of
antennasystemsoutsideof the product.
product repair and/or part replacementbecauseof misuse,acci-
dent, unauthorizedrepair or other causenot within the control of
PhilipsConsumerElectronicsCompany.
reception problemscausedby signalconditionsor cableor antenna
systemsoutsidethe unit.
aproduct that requires modificationor adaptationto enableit to
operate inanycountry other than the countryfor whichit was
designed,manufactured, approvedand/or authorized,or repair of
productsdamagedby these modifications.
incidental or consequentialdamagesresulting from the product.
