Connections
Do not connect the power cord until all other connections have been
made.
Do not block the ventilation holes of any equipment, and arrange them so
that air can circulate freely.
Audio connections: there are stereo audio, coaxial and component digital
audio outputs.
Video connections: there are Video and S-Video outputs.
Ensure that you observe the color-coding when connecting audio and
video cables.
Connecting To a TV
Make one of the following connections, depending on the capabilities of
your existing equipment:
Composite Video
1. Connect the VIDEO OUT jack on the DVD Player to the video input jack
on the TV using the video cable supplied.
2. Connect the Left and Right AUDIO OUT jacks of the DVD Player to the
audio left/right input jacks on the TV using the supplied audio cables.
S-Video connection
1. Connect the S-VIDEO OUT jack on the DVD Player to the S-Video input
jack on the TV using a S-Video cable (not supplied).
2. Connect the Left and Right AUDIO OUT jacks of the DVD Player to the
audio left/right input jacks on the TV using the supplied audio cables.
