3. Unwrap the SeeSnake systems cable from its storage
hooks on the SeeSnake or Mini-SeeSnake frame.
(Figure 8)
NOTE! Never twist the connector body or you may dam-
age its pins. Twist only the locking sleeve.
4. Plug the systems cable into the mating connector on
the Monitor
+
VCR power supply (connector for
SeeSnake Systems Cable). Orient the systems cable
male connector by locating the TOP label and adjust
in UPWARD position (Figure 9). Make sure the guide
pin on the systems cable is properly aligned into the
guide socket on Monitor
+
VCRs connector. This guide
pin is on the top of the connector. When joining
these connectors, make sure you push straight in until
fully seated and then screw down the locking sleeve.
Figure 10 shows a close-up of the joining connectors.

NOTE! The lower door must be closed before the top door
is closed.
Operation
Powering the System
1. Locate the power cord on the back of the unit. Unhook
the Velcro strap and remove the plug from the holder.
(Figure 6)
NOTE! The outlet inside the cord wrap is not an active
plug. It is the holder for the GFCI plug.

2. Plug the Monitor

VCRs power cord into an approved
outlet. Press the reset button on the GFCI. (Figure 7)
NOTE! You must press the reset button every time you
plug the unit in.
