USING THE AUDIO OUTPUT JACKS
CONNECTING A STEREO AMPLIFIER TO AUDIO OUT JACKS
1. Connect the TV Audio Output (R/L)

2. Press POWER to turn on the TV. Turn on external equipment.
Note: Cables are not supplied with TV.

according to the
colors;
RED for right
audio,
WHITE for left
audio and
YELLOW for
video.
■
Make sure all cable
connectors are fully
seated on the jacks.
■
Make sure you select
TV channel to match
your VCR output
(Ch. 3 or 4). See
chart on page 15.
■
To view two TV
programs or watch a
TV program and pre-
recorded tape at the
same time, follow
steps on page 14.
■
If you are connecting
your TV to a satellite
dish, you must
connect a cable
system or antenna
with the satellite to
use the PIP feature.
■
Position your TV at
least 2 feet from
stereo speakers.
The magnets in the
speakers may affect
the picture quality.
■
Do not connect
external speakers
directly to the TV.

CONNECTING A SATELLITE SYSTEM AND CABLE TO THE TV
1. Connect signal (cable or antenna) to the TV 75Ω (ohm) terminal

2. Connect Satellite S-Video Out to TV S-Video In jack.
Using the S-Video In jack overrides the Video1 Input jack.
3. Connect the Satellite Audio Out (R/L) jacks to TV Audio Input (R/L) Jacks.
Press POWER key to turn on the TV. Turn on external equipment.
