as a guide.
About this Manual
This manual provides instructions to help you enjoy your new TV. It shows you how to
connect to an antenna or cable, cable box, VCR, DVD, satellite receiver, stereo system, or
camcorder. Once you’re connected, follow the instructions and use the remote control to
access the on-screen menus.
Front Panel Menu Controls
The front Audio/Video panel controls allows you to access the menu without the remote
control. Press to display the on-screen menu. Use the and buttons on the front
Audio/Video panel instead of the
F and f buttons on the remote control. Use the button
on the front Audio/Video panel instead of the
G, g, and buttons on the remote control.
Press again when the setting or adjustment is complete.
Under normal conditions, batteries will last up to six months. If the remote control does
not operate properly, the batteries might be worn out.
If you will not be using the remote control for an extended period of time, remove the
batteries to avoid possible damage from battery leakage.
The TV front and rear panels illustrated in this manual are for KV-24FS100. The front and
rear panels on your TV may not look exactly like those illustrated.
To navigate the menus with your remote control, see “Using the Menus” on page 17.
