Troubleshooting
If you experience any of the following difficulties while using the drive, use
this troubleshooting guide to held remedy the problem before requesting
repairs. Should any problem persist, consult your dealer.

been finalized. Finalize the disc.
c The disc you are using may not be of a certified
brand by Sony. Try to use a disc of a brand of
which operation has been certified by Sony.

being dirty, low-quality, etc. Try with other
disc.
c If errors occur frequently with any type of new
discs, the drive may have a hardware problem.

c The inserted disc may be unsupported type
of discs for stand-alone operation. Use a
DVD+R or DVD+RW disc.
