1. STANDBY/ON: The RED indicator lights up,
when the player is first plugged in Standby
Mode. When “STANDBY / ON” key is pressed
again, the RED light goes out and the player is
turned on.

3. OPEN/CLOSE: Press to open and close the disc
tray.
4. SKIP: Press |
ÃÃ (21) once to skip to the
beginning of the current chapter / track (twice for
the previous one). Press ¨¨| or |Ãà (21)
repeatedly to go to the next or previous
track/chapter; press as many times as the number
of required track/chapter skips (p. 14).
SEARCH: Press and hold ¨¨| or |Ãà (21) for
Start Reverse or Forward fast motion playback,
then press repeatedly for higher speeds (DVD: x2,
x4, x8, x16, x32, x128 - CD: x4, x8) (p. 14).
5. STOP: Stops disc play.
6. PLAY / PAUSE: Begins disc play (and closes disc
tray if open), or pauses disc play.
